Choppy or Robotic Audio

Usually caused by network issues. Switch to wired Ethernet, enable QoS on your router, or close bandwidth-heavy apps.

One-Way Audio

You can hear them but they can't hear you (or vice versa). Check firewall settings — UDP ports may be blocked.

Calls Going to Voicemail

Check your availability status in the app. Make sure you're set to 'Available,' not 'Away' or 'Do Not Disturb.'

Echo on Calls

Use a headset instead of speakers. If using speakers, reduce the volume and check that echo cancellation is enabled.

App Won't Connect

Check your internet connection. Try switching between WiFi and mobile data. Reinstall the app if the issue persists.

Can't Hear Ringtone

Check app notification permissions on your device. On mobile, ensure VestaCall is allowed to send notifications and play sounds.
