Fill out the porting form in your VestaCall dashboard with your current provider info and the numbers to transfer.

2. We Handle the Paperwork

VestaCall submits the Letter of Authorization (LOA) to your current carrier. No action needed from you.

3. Port Processes (1-5 Days)

Local numbers typically port in 1-5 business days. Toll-free numbers may take up to 2 weeks.

4. Numbers Go Live

Once complete, calls to your existing numbers automatically route through VestaCall. Zero downtime.

Keep Old Service Active

Don't cancel your old phone service until porting is confirmed complete. Canceling early can forfeit your numbers.
